Ecofficiency can help you with UKAS Accredited LOI Testing (loss on ignition) and sampling process for Trommel Fines.
LOI Testing for Trommel Fines
Fines are particles produced by a waste treatment process that involves an element of mechanical treatment. An example would be a waste stream input of mixed demolition and construction site waste which may include wood, plastics, bricks, metals and fines. The presence of asbestos is not acceptable.
Tested With UKAS Accreditation
Ecofficiency provide LOI testing services – We supply you with appropriate containers for the samples to be taken in and we arrange for the samples to be collected from you at a suitable and convenient time. The samples are then transported to a laboratory where the LOI test will be carried out with UKAS accreditation.
The results will then be issued to you which will show the LOI test results as a percentage.
LOI Test Price
The price for the Ecofficiency LOI Testing Package includes testing on the four samples you will need to take, all courier fees and reporting fees.
Asbestos Quantification (Microscopic)
Testing may be required for samples containing smaller fractions of asbestos fragments.
