Stonebridge Homes Grainger Park has been presented with the Best Practice Award for January 2023 based on these three categories:

• Excellent Diversion Rate: < 98%
• Jason and his site teams’ enthusiastic attitude toward segregation and the Managed Waste Service
• Continuously Good Site Assessment Score: 90%

From the beginning of the project, the site team at Grainger Park have shown a positive attitude to Ecofficiency’s collaborative Waste Management approach. This Stonebridge Homes site demonstrates excellent segregation on a consistent basis, which can only be achieved through all the site team working together to ensure segregation at source is present.
