Ecofficiency have developed a bespoke Managed Waste Service, for all waste arising from site including non-hazardous, hazardous, soils and aggregates, which has proven to deliver significant reductions in annual waste costs.
Our managed waste service approach can provide our customers with up to 45% cost savings on waste removal Our collaborative approach to waste management will encourage ongoing consultation and involvement with your Project Management Team, utilising build data along with waste intensity targets to produce projected budgets against a forecasted build plan.
We achieved a 99.43% waste diversion rate in 2021
Through our Managed Waste Service, we have increased diversion rates from landfill, by adhering to the waste hierarchy and providing 100% recyclable skips. This means our customers are able to produce positive reporting figures for schemes such as BREEAM and SMARTWaste.
Utilising our supply chain we are able to ensure our clients meet their internal environmental targets such as Diversion Rate, Waste Intensity Values and Carbon Footprint. For additional support, we introduce take-back schemes for re-useable materials, such as Pallet Repatriation (link to case study), ensuring we are driving the customers waste statistics down.
Toolbox talks delivered regularly on-site to reinforce segregation
Ecofficiency deliver regular training to all site staff in the form of toolbox talks, an educational in-house training and technical support tool which demonstrate the benefits and process of accurate waste segregation. This approach will drive down waste reduction throughout the duration of a project. The educational aspect of our managed waste service is unique to the industry and displays our passion to go the extra mile to improve our customers environmental compliance.
Bespoke reporting to ensure you remain on target
As part of our bespoke managed waste service, monthly reporting is provided through our industry leading waste portal – EcoIntelligence. Our environmental waste management system measures a projects ongoing waste intensity, environmental performance, as well as monitoring ongoing costs ensures the waste budget remains on target. By providing real-time access to movements and fully compliant duty of care to our customers, the managed waste service delivers the best results every time.
