Keepmoat Homes – Meadowood Park development has won Ecofficiency’s Best Practice Award for April 2023.
Keepmoat Homes Meadowood Park has been presented with the Best Practice Award for April 2023 based on these three categories:
- Consistently scored high on monthly site assessments throughout the duration of the build.
- Good Site Setup with plenty of signage on display.
- Excellent attitude shown by the site team at all times.
The Meadowood Park build is an excellent example of what can be achieved through collaboration with Ecofficiency. Our bespoke Managed Waste Service was implemented onto site from the start of the project build, where all site trades were given an initial toolbox talk to ensure they were all familiar with segregation at source.
From the start, the site team at Keepmoat Homes have really emersed themselves in the Managed Service approach and are open to everything that is recommended to them by Ecofficiency. The waste management on site is consistently to a high standard with segregation at source present at all times, which has meant Meadowood Park has achieved 100% diversion from avoidable landfill on site!
Site Manager at Meadowood Park, said “We strive to try and be the best we can in all areas and we do concentrate a lot on waste as it’s so important to us as a company and can be a big area missed , and I have really enjoyed working with Ecofficiency to make sure we are on track on our site visits to deliver a good clean site on budget and your advice where needed.
I think Ecofficiency offers Keepmoat Homes a great service , we personally just work as a team on site and this delivers us what is needed I think a good clean site is safe one and as I have said and quote a lot around site – dreams don’t come reality by magic … it takes sweat ,determination and hard work ! as I am sure you will agree On behalf of all the team at Meadowood Park thank you for this award and hopefully here’s to many more in the future”.
